The "CEPAJ" is an old abandonned correctional house for teenagers. It's been abandonned for numerous years. When I was a child, people said it was haunted. :-)

The 'youth hostel' where I grew up has been 'sanitized'. It was run by the government and a religious group. Now it has been taken back by the church and turned into a day-care centre for toddlers. The poor treatment of the children I was in with has been covered over and no-one wants to remember it even existed now. The abandonment of this correctional house seems to say to me that the people of the area were, at least, more honest. Just a thought...
